Your JOB:
– Participation and support with monthly payroll accounting for our external employees
Employees
– Close support for our external employees in all matters relating to payroll accounting
– Completion of all organizational and administrative tasks in our payroll department
in cooperation with our internal teams
– Supporting the branch office with billing issues
– Processing employee certificates and correspondence with authorities and offices
– Participation in internal audits and the management of employee files

Your PROFILE:
– Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
– Preferably initial experience in payroll accounting from personnel service management
– Very good knowledge of MS Office
– A high level of initiative and a solution-oriented, structured and, above all, diligent approach to work.

– You take over the entire application process from the advertisement of vacancies
screening and applicant management as well as interview management through to the
Contract signing
– An outstanding candidate experience is your responsibility
– You ensure a smooth onboarding process

Your PROFILE:
– You are open-minded, have empathy and enjoy approaching people
– Confident with Microsoft Office – especially Excel, Outlook and Word
– Independent, careful and structured way of working
– In addition to a good command of German, you have another foreign language at your disposal
(English, Polish, Ukrainian)

Your JOB:
– Close supervision and scheduling/management of our employees
– Completion of all organizational and administrative tasks in cooperation with
our internal team
– Support during the onboarding process with our customers
– Recruitment of new candidates based on our client needs and requests
– Employee support, management and development including all necessary
Personnel measures
– Supporting existing customers and expanding business relationships

Your PROFILE:
– Completed commercial training or comparable professional experience
– Very good MS Office skills and a pronounced affinity for new programs
– High level of initiative as well as a solution-oriented, structured way of working and
intercultural competence
– Fun and expert knowledge in dealing with social media channels
– Confident and balanced personality with a sure instinct and
strong communication skills
– Knowledge of written and spoken English and very good knowledge of Polish
